Every time I’ve gotta make contact with a Xfinity Representative…. They’ve all have been an absolute pleasure to work through my situations (a past due bill..or needing to schedule a tech home visit to set up the internet device) I give Xfinity a A+ all the way around! Bet business ever!

I was looking at upgrading my phone, which I rarely ever do, and they were running a promotion for $400 off for an upgrade. I use cash for almost everything over $100, so after talking to an employee and him explaining the whole promotion and giving me prices, I ran all the way home, grabbed the cash, and came back, about an hour round trip with traffic as horrible as it was. When I got back they started the process, only to tell me that the promotion was no longer active, and that my credit score (which is damn near perfect) wasn't good enough for it and then asked if I wanted to pay the full price, which I almost had to laugh at. What the hell do I pay for every month? I have a shitty internet connection, even though I pay their 2nd highest fee for qualities, and I'vepay for unlimited for the last 4 years, yet that accounts for absolutely nothing? Ridiculous. This is why I switched from Verizon years ago, but now I feel like this is a worse choice.

Went to upgrade my modem as the number of TVs we have all doing exclusively streaming was causing buffering and freezing…I was given a modem that was refurbished, which I discovered once I got home and saw black fingerprints on two different areas and a scratch on one side, however it comes out of of the back shrink wrapped so you’re falsely being led to believe that it is a brand new unit instead of a refurb… when I returned my previous modem the next day and mentioned it, the rep initially said I was wrong (because shrink wrapping a referral and putting it out there as new seems crazy if you don’t know your company is doing it) but then asked the upper management number who was in the store about it, and she confirmed that I was right…but they didn’t take even a second before they tried to get me to add wireless service to my plan. If you can’t support the customer base you have don’t try to add more. EDIT with pictures added and stars lowered from three to one because I have to type all this out: I cannot find on actual Google the “owner” reply that is listed in my email, but when I copy and paste that link as he suggested, it takes me to a bot who put me on hold… so now I will tell the rest of the story that makes picture number three relevant… So I got the new modem this past Saturday, set up my TVs, my lights, indoor and out phone, laptop, etc., to the new modem and returned the old one the next day. I didn’t realize my HP printer didn’t connect until Tuesday of this week when I got an email from HP that they couldn’t pull my ink usage for their replacement program. So Wednesday started my day from hell the only day of the week I am kid and animal free. I called HP starting at 10:46 after a half hour of troubleshooting he told me that the new modem is 5 GHz but because it’s an old printer, it needed to be on 2.4 GHz. He told me very specifically called Comcast tell him to split your networkso I started in the chat at 11:17. That rep forcibly disconnected my chat at 12:02. I then got another rep on the line and asked for a phone call from my wife person in my ear and that started as you can see in pic three at 12:28… the first rap on the phone spoke very Biggly about how they were gonna fix the issue after I addressed the chat issues and then got to the point at around 40-45 mins that they were saying ummmm and directing me to just go around in circles with things I had already done… I then requested a manager and after waiting for them after being on the phone for almost an hour and 40 minutes, my network was officially split, which is exactly what I asked for at the very beginning of the interaction in chat… ** pardon of filling errors as this review was done with speech to text** So no Mr. owner if you’re not actually a box because your message to me sounds very bot Ish I will not be going into another chat window to wait for y’all to catch up. Take care.
