    I had to go twice to get things right. Sometimes do get the best service there you have to have the right staff present.

    If you want to watch fox or newsmax forget about it there's never any listenable sound, and picture stops and starts all day long no other stations do this ever, go figure like we're all stupid ..... we will cancell the 250.00 payment tomorrow

    Went into the store to acquire a new modem because I was told over the phone that I qualified for a free one to 'fix' my issue. The rep immediately started trashing my cell carrier (which has nothing to do with anything), claiming they “share the towers of at&t”. Complete nonsense – they don’t, and even if they did, why are you arguing with a customer about their phone plan in the middle of an internet appointment? It was bizarre and aggressive. Then came the modem. He tells me to click a text link to “approve the changes.” I ask what changes – he casually says my bill is jumping to $85/mo. I said absolutely not, I was told it was free from the agent on the phone that took so long to reach. Suddenly he disappears in the back, comes out with a modem, and says “Well you still have to approve the text first.” I repeated I’m not paying $85. He just shrugged. When I explained my actual issue (getting 5-10 Mbps on a 600 Mbps plan even after buying my own brand-new modem/router to ensure it wasn't me), he immediately blamed “my equipment” without even looking at anything. It’s clearly not my hardware when the speeds are fluctuating every second drastically. They don’t listen – it’s like they have a script and if your problem isn’t on page 2 of the script, they short-circuit. His solution? “Just call 1-800-XFINITY and say ‘agent’ 100 times until someone picks up.” I’m standing in an Xfinity store and you’re telling me to cold-call customer service? The arrogance is unreal – the whole vibe in there is that the employees think they’re doing you a favor by existing. These stores are useless. The staff clearly has zero real networking knowledge, they’ll lie or hide fees to hit some quota, and they treat you like you’re stupid for daring to ask questions. I’m so tired of this experience that I’m genuinely thinking about starting a service that just places competent, trained techs with companies so normal people don’t have to deal with this circus anymore. Do yourself a favor: handle everything online or over the phone if you can stand the hold times, because the in-store experience is an embarrassing waste of time. Xfinity, train your people or close the stores and stop pretending this is “customer service.”

    I was at the Lebanon Branch this morning and had multiple issues taken care of. I was helped by Maurice who was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and fast.

    The workers here have no idea what they’re doing. I came in to set up a wifi and mobile phone bundle to take advantage of a trade in promotion and they messed everything up. I didn’t find out until AFTER MY PHONE NUMBER WAS TRANSFERRED that the employee did everything through separate transactions, which made me not qualify for the trade in promotion. The worker told me “good luck” and offered no solutions.
