    The workers here have no idea what they’re doing. I came in to set up a wifi and mobile phone bundle to take advantage of a trade in promotion and they messed everything up. I didn’t find out until AFTER MY PHONE NUMBER WAS TRANSFERRED that the employee did everything through separate transactions, which made me not qualify for the trade in promotion. The worker told me “good luck” and offered no solutions.

    I had an excellent experience with Jaylee at Xfinity! He was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He set me up with a new phone plan and Wi-Fi and had me out the door in just 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. Jaylee is an amazing employee and a great example of excellent customer service!

    I had a great experience at this store. I was told over the phone when talking to customer service that I needed a new phone because of some issues that I was having with WiFi. I just recently got an IPhone 16 max pro and she said I needed an upgrade. I knew my phone could not possibly have been the problem, and I tried explaining that to her, but she insisted that she had been working for Xfinity for many many years and she knew what she was talking about. I took my phone to the Xfinity store in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, explained to them what the issue was, And was immediately told that the customer service person did not know what she was talking about, and that most times a bad modem is what causes the issue. I was given a new modem and what do you know, it fixed the problem immediately. I guess The customer service person that I talk to didn’t quite know everything like she claimed. From now on if I have an issue, I will be visiting with this store.

    I was paying $123.90 per month for Xfinity WiFi, which is incredibly overpriced for the service. When I finally decided to cancel, I was met with a frustrating and deliberately difficult process. There was no option to cancel my service online—only the ability to “schedule a callback,” which feels like a strategy to delay cancellations and pressure customers into staying. I scheduled a callback for September 30th. At the scheduled time, I received an automated call asking me to press 1. I did—and the call immediately disconnected. I called Xfinity back manually and was connected to a representative. I clearly stated from the beginning that I wanted to cancel my service. Instead of honoring that request, the rep repeatedly tried to sell me on promotional offers to lower my bill. I said “no” three times—politely—before I finally had to cut him off and say, firmly, that I wasn’t interested in any promotions and just needed to cancel. Eventually, he started what he called the “cancellation paperwork,” which involved several minutes of silence. After that, I was finally provided with a cancellation ID. But even after giving me the cancellation number, he tried once again to pitch me a promotional offer. I had to interrupt and ask if I would receive a confirmation by mail. Only then did he tell me I needed to return the equipment and that I would receive something in the mail after that. Then the call ended.
