Thank you Sabrina for a wonderful experience!! Came into the store and she was extremely helpful and patient. We had issues transferring my daughter’s phone and she went above and beyond to make sure everything got transferred correctly. Overall 5/5 stars!

Xfinity sent a new router after upgrading the service to a higher speed. It came with wrong power supply. Went to this location. They didn’t have the correct one. They wanted to charge $15 return shipping fee. Why would I pay for shipping?
Update!
After calling the customer service and explaining they sent me a wrong replacement modem. I didn’t want to waste any more time and installed the modem. Returned the old one to store and the rep Denis informed that they had the correct modem at this time and gave me a proper one. Thank you!

Every time I need to go here, staff are always helpful. Some of the customers make me shake my head, as I overhear their issues. Staff are always trying to educate and assist those customers.

My original reviews has been changed . I changed my entire T-Mobile account over and was promised a $500 credit toward my new account . The manager Sabitino told me that there was a mistake and would only issue a $340 credit instead , and also told me because of the miscommunication he would give me back my 6 activation fees at $25 each ....after a few days I went back and Sabitino said it should hit my account but to this day I haven't seen anything .
I went back again and there was a great guy named Malik and he provided my with the district managers email ( shawn) and his email kept bouncing back ....
if anyone reads this please reach out I figured out the process quickly and will give you real advise on how to switch providers without getting hurt .
The process was really good until the manager got involved .

So much better than online or telephone service. I will always go to the store from now on.
Kudos to Ariana in Oxford Valley, she's the best!
