After many hours of frustration with Xfinity customer service on the phone for several months it was suggested to me to go into the store. Was bracing myself for the worse and left satisfied and happy had amazing wonderful and friendly service by Love. His mom named him the perfect name! My problem was taken care of quickly and I even got my bill reduced so highly recommend going into that store!

Staff were great the company and service itself are atrocious.we pay 300/month for our internet and cable. We have had zero internet or cable for five days now. I work two jobs and had to call off both as I work remotely, one job is corporate and the other is photography ..not only did i have to use the rest of my PTO that i planned to use for Christmas with my kids but i had to refund thousands of dollars to my photo clients because I was unable to use internet to upload their albums for their delivery date (contractually scheduled with my clients) i am immediately switching as this company didn’t send a tech sooner, i lost money had to tell my job and clients hindering my professional status and hurting a small business which I am looking to seek legal counsel for because as stated i refunded many clients their money since i had no internet to deliver their Christmas galleries (imagine 65 families pissed off they can’t place holiday card orders during Black Friday/cyber Monday) i am so disappointed dissatisfied and let down. I was offered only 300 credit over 12 months but i refunded clients aprox $4,500. That is NOT a good enough credit and to spread it out over twelve months is a trap to keep me a customer and you’re doing BAD BUSINESS
