    I have used Xfinity/Comcast as an internet and cable provider on and off for 20 years. My past experience that began in September of 2024 has been the worst. It was topped off by the worst in-person customer service I've experienced by Comcast. While dropping off my equipment on a busy day, I was told to "have a seat someone will be with me very soon" after checking in. I waited for 7 minutes and decided that I wanted to check on things. I wasn't taking my Saturday to return equipment to a company that failed me. The woman checking people in was free. I went to her... she said "you're next, so like I said you can have a seat" in a demeaning tone. My response was "oh can I?" I sat back down after a few minutes she came over and checked out my equipment so I could leave. She didn't have a name tag on but she worked the door on 11/15/2025 at 3:00pm. It just confirmed that I'll never return to Comcast/Xfinity!

    My remote stopped working so I went to the store to get a new remote. The person that greeted me told me that they had no remotes she didn't know when they were going to ever get remotes and that there was nothing else she could do and if I wanted I could order one online and then she just walked away from me. So rude but that just seems to be commonplace with Comcast lately.

    Nate made this experience everything that I needed it to be. I was having troubles with trying to upgrade my phone on the website due to the issues that it always seems to have & decided to go in to get assistance. I was mentally prepared for this to be an exhausting & frustrating experience but Nate made sure this was not the case. He was not only understanding, but also very helpful in coming up with a plan to get me going with a phone upgrade. 1 month later, I not only got my new phone but also have a very different experience with Xfinity thanks to Nate. My suggestions to anyone attending this location, 1. Keep in mind that this is the only location in the area so schedule an appointment & be patient. 2. Remember that the staff working here are also human beings with their own work & personal challenges, & are working back to back non-stop so be Kind. 3. Go in here with a clear goal of what you need assistance with so they can get you in & out as soon as possible. Thanks again for the help Nate!
