  I went to the store they told me I would get a $450 discount on a néw phone but I had to pay $10 for 36 months which is additional $360. So my real savings is $90. Which I thought it was deceitful. Why didn't you just say you will say you have $90 off on your phone you are purchasing. I did not purchase a phone today, because I thought it was a scam.

  My mother went in to move her phone number to a new unlocked phone the employee was very rude and seemed intoxicated. He ended up moving my number another line on the account to her phone which didn't even properly move my number to her new phone. Instead, we call customer support, and they informed us he had placed an order for a new phone with them. In addition, we got a notification stating my voicemail pin was changed. customer support canceled the order for the new phone but was not able to move my phone number back. Instead, they created a new line in order to move my number back. Now my phone does not work at all it just says SOS only and we have an extra line. I already filed a fraud report with the FCC.

  I had a great experience at this store. Ed, the person who waited on me, was very quick to fix my problem, but he also was able to cut out all the issues I had with Xfinity customer service over the phone, and immediately fix all my issues right there in person. I recommend going to the store the first time, over the phone service from Xfinity isn't very helpful in my situation and I spent hours trying to do something that took 20 minutes to go do at the store. Make sure you ask for Ed, he isn't just helping you he's helping Xfinity deliver great customer service I would give a 5 star rating to again and again.

  Went in Saturday night and traded our old phones in and got 2 new ones. First time Xfinity mobile customers. Tyler and the girl that were working were great. It took my wife’s phone longer than normal to transfer and it was almost closing. They told us to take her old phone home and bring it back the next day or by Monday at the latest. My wife took it back in to drop off Sunday morning and when she told the skinny kid that waited on her that she was returning it because it took longer to transfer he got snotty with her and was light “it was supposed to be e brought back yesterday “ meanwhile we closed down the store the night before. He took her phone she asked if he needed the name and he said no and he turned around and walked away. She called me upset because of how rude he was and didn’t want to say anything to him about being told to bring it back on Sunday because he had upset her with his attitude and the fact that there was a line of people behind her. This guy needs to learn to be a little nicer to the customers.
