This truly shows what customer service is at Comcast and what they represent to people who pay for their services. The staff there were not helpful or showed willingness to help. The way you treat your customers are who you are and represent as a company and this company is called Comcast.

I talk to a representative online through xfinity mobile and they told me fill out a claim when I went to fill out a claim it told me to contact a store or xfinity mobile. I went into this store for help but didn't get the guys name who pretty much look at me like a dummy saying he doesn't know why I am here and what he is suppose to do. He is rude. He could of ask his manager or called someone to find out the procedure but no he wants to tell me that he not sure what he should do. I been in customer service over 20 years and I know how to find out answers for a customer. I am very unsatisfied with Comcast and their customer service.

It takes about half an hour to do so online. And you will be completely frustrated by the time you are finished. Can't say I'm loving Xfinity, even a little bit. Their support for senior citizens is severely lacking
