- CNCarolyn NgoNov 14, 20251.0I went in yesterday because I had an issue with my phone. The rep ( a lady with very short hair) first tried to fix the issue but basically told me it’s because I upgraded my phone and did not follow proper activation steps. I told her I have had the same phone for over a year now. Without taking anything I said into consideration, proceeded to check my ID AFTER I’ve been there for about 10 mins and tells me she can’t help me since I was not the primary account holder. I completely understand that she could not help due to not being primary account holder, but please do not send me off like I did something wrong. “Where did you purchase the phone from?” “Did you come in to activate the phone? It’s probably because you didn’t come here.” Again, I’ve had the same phone for over a year and apparently she is unaware that I can “properly activate” a new device through the xfinity app with an eSIM. Long story short, our account was hacked and I spent hours on the phone with xfinity later that evening to have everything fixed. Thanks, but no thanks to the lady that made me feel as though I did something wrong. I do not recommend this location for anything other than having an employee diminish your sanity.

I WENT ON MY LUNCH ON MONDAY11/10/2025 STEPHANIE KILP OR COLE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN’T WANT TO HELP AND SHE DIDN’T SJE WAS RUSHING AND COMPLAINING THAT XFINITY SENDS CISTOMERS TO THEM! EVEN THOUGH THAT’S THERE JOB! I WENT IN TODAY AND MICHAEL COULDN’T HELP ME DISN’T EVEN TRY LONG ENOUGH HE TOOK ME TO TALK TO A TECH ON THE PHONE I COULDN’T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING BECAUSE OF HIS ACCENT! THEY DON’T CARE ABOIT THERE JOBS! THEY SUCK! I HAVE EMAILS FOR THE CEO AND OTHERS I’M SENDING!

In-person customer service like I received from Tanika, the store manager at this location in Harrisburg. She was extremely helpful to this senior, who often has some tech issues to overcome! I was impressed with her professional attitude.This kind of service is why I’m a loyal customer service is why I’m a happy Xfinity mobile customer. Also thanks to Suraj who hooked me up with an NBA towel from Xfinity. !
