They were really helpful in coming up with a viable solution, and they even recognized my 20 years as a customer. Dropped a star due to the way you need to schedule to talk to the representative. Honestly, you shouldn't need to go through all those steps. I'm saying this because not everyone is tech smart, and you can easily see how someone may get confused.
