Half of the staff have no idea what they're doing and I've been going there for 10 years and still has not changed I don't know why I'm still with Verizon truthfully they couldn't even help me activate my phone That's how sad they are and mean I should know I work customer service for 15 years and I've never acted that way if I don't know my job don't work there if you don't want to work there quit.
