When my turn came up I got Lily, and working with her was unlike any wireless phone issue in two+ decades. A new number and new phone in 30 minutes. No hard sell pressure for add-ons and extras. ALL costs discussed were written down and gauranteed and those numbers were unlike anything I've experienced before. The experience was so good we came back two weeks later, to see Lily, and to add my wifes line because of the huge savings over her current carrier, which took all of 15 minutes. Thanks for your help Lily! Outstanding experience!!

The staff basically tried to power it on and charge it then told me there was nothing they could do. They told me to go to a different store to try to get it fixed, wouldn't open a ticket or anything. So now I'm day 4 without a phone and its next to impossible to open a ticket through calling, going online, or even contacting corporate customer service. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with and this store has some lazy employees. Edit: I open the link to the chat service provided and get no response from an agent. Cute....just another way to waste people's time and money. Edit 2: finally spoke with someone and they refuse to do anything to help even though I pay for the protection service. A bunch of useless lazy people working for a joke of a company. If you're thinking about switching to xfinity, do yourself a favor and go to one of their competitors
