    Just wanted to share that I recently went to Greensburg Xfiniry store as we were recommended by our neighbors & ask for Tommy Dosch! Best decision I ever made as he was so helpful in switching my account with two lines from 22 years of being an AT&T customer for mobile services and he educated me on how much I could save with their unlimited package and I got a new iPhone 17 pro of which he switched all info on both lines and explained all the different scenarios of which would be the cheapest yet most applicable in our case to get. Such an educated salesman and vast knowledge of technical and mobile services! So happy with the $$ I’m now saving in a brand new line and still great service area and was so helpful in explaining it all and how it’ll work going forward and when to make other money saving changes to account! Appreciate the time he took with us so friendly & helpful. He is a huge asset to Xfinity and I hope he goes far in life I sense he will!! Thank you Tommy you da best! Barb Kepins happy customer

    I will be changing my service to T-mobile! Constantly getting " network not supported" so I have to restart my phone constantly even though it showes bars I have no service and have no idea for hours and at times a day! So over xfinity so I'm moving on to another provider since they never seem to know how to fix anything or make it right. I'll pay triple to cost of cell service to actually not have to deal with xfinitys incompetent employees. Xfinity sucks completely

    I went there to get a new phone. They said they had a deal going on where they could get me $400 off and $500 trade in as long as they upgrade my line to the unlimited plan for $10 a month. I said yeah fine... They upgrade my plan. Then when trying to do the phone upgrade, they tell me I'm not eligible because I needed to be a customer for 2 billing cycles. They then told me my 2nd billing cycle was over in 2 days and they would make me an appointment to come back then. So I did only to have them tell me I'm still not eligible for another month. I asked them to back me out of the premium line upgrade. They said they couldn't and I'd be stuck paying for it for another month. In short, they have no idea what they're doing there. They bait and switch customers into upgrading their plans to sell them cheap phones. Then they say, "Lol. Gotcha. You can't have a phone and now you're paying more every month." Overall, I find this practice extremely predatory. I'll be buying any new phone I need at retail online. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying. Edit: For those of you who think they did the right thing by following up on one-star reviews, the link in the comment below was broken. This was a hollow gesture to save face, in my opinion.

    At the Greensburg store on Thursday October 30th I met with Tommy dosce. The reason for my visit was that I was not able activate peacock which is one of my streamers with my plan. I had it for a long time and suddenly Wednesday it disappeared. He was very interested in helping me get it activated but after a long time of trying many different ways it would not activate at all. Possibly there is some type of glitch in the peacock system. He has brought this to other attention because I'm not the only client that has this issue. Nothing has been done about it from peacock. Tell me was extremely helpful and patient and it was extremely busy there but he was kind and eager to help me with my quest. The Greensburg store is extremely busy all of the time. I go in there once a month to pay my bill at the kiosk and every worker has a client with them. Due to his kindness and willingness to help to resolve this issue I will continue with Comcast. There are many issues with your company but the Greensburg representatives are all willing to help especially Tommy. Please get peacock straightened out because it is part of my service plan and I want it to work.
