Asked about iPhone 17 and they said they were not in stock after being told it was by CSR on the xfinity app. After they looked, they said “oh wow, we do have them” so,Was sent to a gentleman (not going to post name) but told me if I wanted to upgrade, I had to spend $370 just to upgrade, told him whatever, let’s do this. Then the gentleman was rude and said well, you can’t do this, app on his tablet won’t let him. Spent 25 mins in this store and this guy definitely didn’t care what the customer wanted, he clearly wants to just go home and get out of there. Told me I would have to come back tomorrow if I wanted to try. This was about 45 mins before closing. I said whatever, and went back to Irwin store. Told them what happened and let’s say I got my upgrade, all within 10 mins. Highly recommend going to the Irwin store. Stay away from this. Irwin is the reason I stay with this company. As a business owner, I can’t believe a company like xfinity employees people like I felt with today at greensburg. Well bud, if you ever read this, work on your customer service skills, it’s a skill you will need for every job pretty much.
