I came in to switch my phone service from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile using the promotional offer, and I also wanted to lock in the five year price guarantee for my home internet and gateway. Matthew was incredibly patient from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in plain layman’s terms, making sure I actually understood what I was signing up for and how the pricing worked. We did run into a small issue during the process that required some troubleshooting, but this is where Matthew really stood out. He stayed calm, thought through the problem, and used his knowledge and problem-solving skills to work through it step by step. There was no rushing, no frustration, and no guessing. He explained what he was doing as he went and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one thoroughly and honestly. The patience went both ways, and the whole experience felt like a true collaboration rather than a sales pitch. I never felt pressured into anything I didn’t want, and everything was transparent. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely positive. If you’re going to the Xfinity store and want someone who knows their stuff, communicates clearly, and actually cares about getting it right, ask for Matthew McCray. He was kind ,Patient knowledgeable An extremely helpful, considering that we had a death in her family. He went an extra mile trying to help us decide whether we should or should not keep or close the phone service at this time. We had to come back a second time and he was again welcoming. My brother is in his 80s and I am in my 70s and not one time. Did he make us feel like we were out of touch with what was happening around us. He is an excellent customer service representative. However, I went into the store yesterday to transfer my old phone to my new phone and had Dan P and Mood D wait on me and it was the most enjoyable experience! They were so friendly and personable and I can honestly say that I had a fun time while waiting for my phone to finish. To the manager of the store, you are very lucky to have these to gentlemen as employees! I hope they are appreciated because I sincerely appreciated all their help and kindness!
