- JJJuliaNov 12, 20251.0The girl at the front desk was friendly. That was the only positive. I’ll start by saying I was directed to the store by Xfinity customer service. When I arrived, the sales person was unwilling to help and I sensed his annoyance as soon as I explained my issue. Basically told me to step aside so he could help other customers. Even if he couldn’t help, kindness goes a long way. After all of that, as I was calling customer service because this man said he couldn’t help me, I was asked to move from my seat so another customer could be assisted. All while there were plenty of seats available. Unbelievable, rude and unprofessional. Not how you treat someone who pays for your services. Would not recommend going this store. I never write reviews but the lack of customer service here made me feel I needed to. Tired of the constant disappointment with Xfinity. Go elsewhere.

I didn't feel like I was being sold to, I felt heard, and even though my bill went up I felt scene and helped. He needs a promotion. Thank you Exton.
