This promise was made both through Xfinity’s advertising and confirmed by employees in-store at the time of signup. It has now been eight months, and I have not received the promised gift card. I have contacted Xfinity multiple times regarding this matter, but the company has refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue. Representatives continue to give vague responses or deny the validity of the offer, despite clear advertising and employee statements. This conduct constitutes false advertising and deceptive business practices. Xfinity induced me to become a paying customer under terms it did not intend to honor, which is a violation of basic consumer protection standards.

A lot of the time the customer service department takes the brunt of our frustrations. When its usually the company policies/ billing that are the problem. I say that to say this, my experience at the Horsham xfinity store couldn't have been better. Thanks to Alec, it was fast, easy and informative. Extremely pleasant to deal with. He was more than willing and able, to answer all my questions and point me in the direction to find the answers he didn't have. Great attitude and very informative.
