While I was there I talked to a male named Fernando. He made a big show of pulling me over to his screen to show me I am a Platinum member and because I've been with them for over 10 plus years they were giving me a deal EXCLUSIVE to Platinum members like me. Long story short, I came back for the deal and it WAS ALL A LIE. For one, this special deal they were giving me was printed all over the store! I didn't notice the first time I came in and that's on me. I signed up for this special deal to come to find out it was only given with credit approval and we had not qualified. I needed to put down a deposit, which was not at all what Fernando stated. It was just the big show he put on. Obviously they're running commissions. I feel so scammed that I really fell for it. Shame on you Fernando! Smh.
