    I was returning a piece of equipment for friends who are moving out of the area. The store was fairly busy. Mike waited on me; he was fast, efficient, helpful, and friendly. Excellent experience.

    A negative five stars would be closer to an accurate rating of Xfinity as a whole. Many years of paying for service with routine glitches, outings of services and no compensation for poor or disrupted services unless you call a 1-800 number after you go into the Xfinity store for customer service to be met with “they” provide service, not “We”…..when you have six lines and bundled packages I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect help with transfer of lines and phones ….definitely shopping around for all new services after the fiasco we have been run through when we are told to go home and transfer it ourselves- nothing but glitchy SIM cards, slow data and a nightmare that is called Xfinity customer service. Don’t know how a company can operate on a mantra of “they” to deflect all ownership of any customer service responsibility- disappointing is an understatement a decade ago, words can’t describe the service in 2025. Too bad no one seems to care about better business bureau ratings. And by the way receiving an automated response indicating you provide customer services at the below link isn’t really a sufficient response to this google review- just anticipating your auto generated customer service pattern. How about a live person with a direct line to address the problems, or even better, customer service associates who can address the customer’s needs at “your” brick and mortar locations.

    A bit of a wait, but the store was unusually busy that day. I recommend getting things done at the store over doing things by phone with Xfinity, the two phone techs I talked to by both phone call and app messaging were unable to get my phone working. The guy in the store, 10 minutes and everything was working. A++++

    Staff doesn't listen to your needs. The sales person all was worried on was making a sale and my sale wasn't just a cell phone transfer. I was buying 2 of the tip phones in the place and out there and with experience I already had with Xfinity and their service who ever is thinking of dropping the carrier you have now and looking at Xfinity stay with your carrier because even though the carriers don't have the wonderful deals Xfinity has at least you know your carrier will do what they can. Xfinity won't even do that because they think there services are the only ones. If you want to do Internet with Xfinity go to boost mobile get the 45 a month pre paid one there is no B's and it works just like the revolving one through Xfinity. Want tv yeah Xfinity has a ok line up but if your looking for the sports and movies and sense of how to operate your live tv and beyond fubo or utube tv all day. Do not be fooled by the greetings and the interaction once they know you can't line their profits and commission they will treat u like crap. Fun fact to the staff at this store. You wouldn't let me walk out with a galaxy s25 and a flip phone from your store,drove to Verizon same phones way better deal no down payments and my bill is cheaper than you. Listen up cell phone lookers take your present bill go into Verizon they will beat it and new phones with it food for thought

    Absolute horrible experience don't go here unless you want to be disputing bills you don't owe due to the fact that their management here never cancelling a previous account so now I'm being double billed after a year of fighting with the Comcast company. The bald headed manager at this location was supposed to cancel the account after his employee failed to do so the month before but apparently never did since all he did was take my card off auto pay and refund me the prior month . I thought it had been resolved however a few months later I started receiving calls from debt collectors. Of course I disputed and then again didn't hear anything for almost a year so thought it's finished until today again I received a call for a debt I've proven over and over again that I don't owe. Comcast is a robber company and tries to steal money over and over again from people. Make sure you get receipts and document everything you do with them as they will screw you over every chance they get. I'm sure others have had similar situations with both the company and this location. Buyer be warned.
