    Very frustrated! Went to purchase a new iphone on Dec. 12 at the Xfinity store in Carlisle PA. For some reason the Xfinity representatives could not activate the brand new iphone 17. They said there was a glitch in the system, and there was nothing they could do. They submitted a ticket to have the "glitch" fixed. We were told they would call us within 24-48 hours with an update. We didn't hear anything (still haven't). We stopped in that following Monday (Dec. 15) to inquire about progress with the issue, and the manager was rather rude by first trying to ignore us, and then stating "We'll call YOU when we know something." No calls, no communication...nothing (it's December 29). They did upgrade me to premium however, but I'm not sure why as I have not received any communication or been notified about activating and/or purchasing the new phone. I would advise when working with Xfinity to visit a Corporate store, as opposed to a Branded Partner. Apparently, they are not the same. I wish I had known this sooner.

    My fiance went in last month to try unlock one of my old xfinity phones (which had been paid off for 3 years.) We simply wanted to set it up for prepaid service for my step son. She was promised all of these promotions and savings if she instead started her own service for her and him, or added them to my policy. I had just paid off my current phone and gotten my bill to $40 a month. We were told they could be added to my plan and that my fiance and her son would both get $400 phones each for free! On top of this, my line fee was to go to just $10. So in total, we were promised in writing that my monthly bill would be $70 a month. So they get new phones and I suddenly see two separate $48 charges from that day ($97.) Apparently they were sales tax to the new phones (which we were never told about.) Only told there would be activation fees. I look up my next bill and it is not $70, it is $143. They are charging me for one of the phones that is supposed to be free, and telling me I never ported a new number. I am also being charged $60 for a data plan. The number was in fact ported from boost mobile! I went in the store three times to try to resolve, and after just getting tickets submitted, and the bill never changing. It was finally discovered I was promised a promotion that I am not eligible for. I believe the store manager over heard the conversation and asked how much money was over charged on my bill. I told him, weeks later nothing happened. Also, my wife was charged $50 for an account that never existed. So I wonder if I will be better off calling Comcast directly to resolve the issue?? I call comcast and they tell me my bill will and should be $69 a month and they will correct it. It was never corrected, I was charged $143. Now they are saying next month it will be $157. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Oh and every time I talk to them they ask me if i want a smart watch!!!! No!! Please stop lieing to make commission and playing pass the buck when you dont have solutions to problems you clearly created. Merry Christmas 🎅🎄!!!

    We have wifi through Xfinity and just added phones on. They were helpful and very friendly. It took time to transfer our phones from other providers and get off our parents' plans, but the worker was very patient and didn't make us feel rushed. We had a great experience!

    I went in to set up WiFi for my new house and ended up cutting my previous bill in almost half AND around $80/mo on my cell phone bill! Josh was awesome to work with (and Jarrett, too)!! Both are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for all the assistance!

    The older man and the store manager were very rude and dismissive. They refused to give me a transaction receipt for returning items to the store.
