He mumbled that he did not have one; just gave his last one away. No offer to help. I asked when he would be getting more in stock. “I don’t know” he stated. Where is another Xfinity store nearby, I asked. “I don’t know” he replied. No customer service; no professionalism. It just seemed very suspicious to me. People entering the store before me seemed to walk in and come right back out. Obviously, no service.
