I’ve had to drive an hour both ways FOUR times to beg them to do what they said from day one and my issues are still not resolved. I even spoke with the store manager who promised to take care of my issue and I have contacted the BBB. my issues are still unresolved and they are doing nothing to fix it. They lie and say whatever to get you out of there and then don’t do anything they said. This place is a crap show. If you want scammed or to waste multiple days of your life come to Chippewa xfinity!

The employee accused me of lying and not listening to him. He said he was "done talking to me since I don't listen" When I showed him the screenshots of the active promo he lied and said that price was new and I wasn't eligible. So now Xfinity continues to steal from me each month and I am locked into a higher price that I was promised. If I cancel early, there are fees.
