While they could not "fix" my issue the staff was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me. Specifically the store manager Seth. He helped me find a workaround to solve my issue and it significantly helped me. I left their store feeling that they truly cared about me and my small business and that is hard to find these days. Thank you for the excellent service!

Everything must be done at a sloth pace on the Xfinity platform otherwise it will crash out your phone and make nothing work. 1st time customer , last time customer. DirectTv has never done me wrong!
