- TBTim BradfordSep 14, 20251.01. This is not a Comcast owned store but a licensed secondary store. I went in for a new internet account and to transfer phone lines. 2. The person “helping” me concocted a scheme to lower my phone bill. Told me he would add an additional phone line then delete it and transfer one of the existing lines to the free line for a year. Clearly this was going to benefit him. 3. Two days later I spent three hours in the store while this guy(B) tried to fix things. He then ghosted me when I tried to get him to fix the mess he had made. 4. Had to go to one of three actual Comcast owned Xfinity stores to have everything taken care of. Don’t waste your time in this store. Go to the Comcast owned places where they know what they are doing.

Customer service is absolutely no help. Each time you call it's like you're calling a different business nobody communicates the import person experience is completely different than over the phone this company is absolutely ridiculous!
