Everyone there tends to be fairly friendly, but over the course of a year, we've had to visit 3 times to fix things that THEY broke on our account(s). Overall, the employees are useless. You'll have better luck just calling the mobile support number, which is actually what the final trip straight up told us to do, I don't know why we wasted our time here. I'm going to talk about specifically my most recent visit now. We came in to fix an issue we'd noticed where we were paying for TWO SEPERATE MOBILE ACCOUNTS despite this store telling us multiple times that it was all on one account (it evidently was not, and as it turns out, the employees not knowing what they're doing is the reason for our accounts being messed up in the first place). I'm not even to the truly insulting part. We go in to fix the issue, explain what's happening, and the man helping us (who never did introduce himself or was wearing a name badge but he was an old white guy with a batman lock screen on his tablet) basically looked around for 15 minutes, couldn't find it due to his own incompetence, and then had the gall to look at us like we were stupid, ask "well does the phone say Xfinity in the corner?" And then ask the follow up question "are you sure it's not of Daddy's Account?" I am beyond disgusted. The question came absolutely out of nowhere and was extremely disrespectful and misogynistic. He finished the interaction by saying he had no idea what to do to fix the issue (that his coworkers caused) and told us to just call the help line.

Miserable experience. Agents refused to honor Power of Attorney that we need to use to assist blind and handicapped family member.
They were unable to explain why Internet Essentials had not yet been approved. They were not willing to work with us.

Came in to return my 6 year old Xfinity box and thought it would be a long process but I was seen immediately without an appointment. This lovely woman named Martha helped me out and got me my new Xfinity equipment very quickly! She was very personable and good sense of humor. I was happy to be in and out of there in about 5 mins!

The waiting was not too long. The experience of service was exceptional. I got a great discounts on my Pro 17 Max, screen protectors and Apple watch. DEVYN was very helpful in all the steps. I loved the waiting atmosphere, friendly and professional. Greatly appreciated everyone.

Couple weeks ago I woke up and my phone didn’t have any cellular, went to my local Xfinity in Gresham that have a good group of employees, they said I had to go to Apple, so I went to the Bridgeport apple for them to tell me they didn’t have the part..
stopped at this Xfinity because I figured they’d actually help me because I bought the phone in July, have insurance on it, and anyone that’s helped me over the website has always went above and beyond!
Not this place, this place wouldn’t hear me, and all the manager would say is “it’s not our problem it’s apples problem”… I’m sorry I figured since I bought the phone from Xfinity and pay them monthly for it they would do more to help me just get a new phone and them deal with defective phone they sold me and get it fixed on the company time rather than me driving super far, missing work and spending my whole work days pay just to get told to get bent, and having to wait a week with a phone that doesn’t do phone things… the manager had no sympathy towards the situation, and was just a young jerk!!
This part is why there is at least 3 stars,
So phones finally fixed and with the part they fixed it with made it so I had a whole new board inside my phone giving me a new serial number, and new IMEI number… so I had to go back to Xfinity so they could reactivate my phone.. seems like they could’ve handled it differently but who am I to decide that.. came here again because it’s next to Apple and I had a far drive ahead of me and don’t like driving without being able to communicate in case of emergency..
so after dreading coming back to this store I did and after a good 50 min wait I finally got helped by Martha C! Let me tell you that she really made me happy that day felt bad for what I had been through and actually showed some emotion towards me and wanting to make sure my experience was good this time around, and it was!! I wish Martha was at my local Xfinity!! This store is luck to have Martha on their team, and I think that young manager could learn a thing or two from Martha on how to treat customers!!
Would I come back to this location? If I was guaranteed to be helped by Martha! Outside of that I wouldn’t step foot in this store again for how they made me feel that first day and not at all trying to make sure I was satisfied, and didn’t even try to come out with a solution what so ever, kept talking over me to tell me it was apples problem.. well I hope the higher ups can get rid of the young jerk that is going to make that store a problem for customers to return!!
Martha you’re amazing and I hope you can get or become the better leadership in the location, or go to better location!!
