    Internet goes down 3-4 times a day, only for 5 minutes but a real pain in the butt. Company LIED about Lifeline, they told me the government ended the program but it was this company that chose to no longer participate. Every few months the cost goes up without warning and without any reason. Working with CS does help but they reduce it, always more than you were paying. The real problem here in the Sandy area is they have no competition! That needs to be addressed!

    I understand that they're trying their best and things like this take time but my patience is running thin. I live out in welches where internet is pretty sparce and when I saw wave offerd service out here I jumped on the opportunity to become a customer. I wanted 1 gig Internet. Both the website and the representative I spoke to said it was avalible at my home. When the tech came out and servyed the area he said service was unavalible. I've been trying to get some type of service out here for a few weeks now and I just want a straight answer and some internet.

    Honestly, as far as providers go, they’re pretty ok. Sandy’s municipal fiber program have forced them to have reasonable prices, and although my service isn’t always reliable, they are responsive in trying to fix it. I’m not sure if you can expect much more from an ISP these days. At least we don’t have to use Comcast.

    I would rate them lower if possible. I have been very patient about my phone and internet outages, coupled with a pixelated video feed. After years of the same story and Wave's refusal to fix their lines, I'm done.

    I never asked for a higher internet speed and I didn't ask for the price increase that came with it. I called Wave and asked about the price increase and the service change I didn't ask for. I was told that Wave did that to be "competitive", which is not only a cop out, it's just plain weird. Wave has changed since I first signed up, and I do not like the changes. I'm looking for other internet options. Now I'm paying $59.95 for "up to" 100 megs. I think I'll tell them that I'll pay "up to" $59.95 if I GET the 100 megs.
