I was told that no one could demonstrate or show me how to Cancel a Subscription. So I left. After being on the phone with the Autobot, who promises to connect you with a 'LIVE' Associate, but NEVER does....for almost two hours....I decided to visit the Store to see if a LIVE human would Welcome Me and Thank me for being a very LOYAL Customer. That wasn't the case. It is like the Carcinogen of Apathy has taken over at Xfinity! No one seems to really care!? Why is that? At the end of the day, isn't Xfinity's Customers that allow it to be in Business? Signing up for a new Service is Extremely EASY....it is canceling it that seems to be really really difficult. Lastly has anyone had this issue? On your DVR it says and appears and NEVER Goes away...It says UPGRADE your DVR to 300 Hours. It doesn't give you the option of NO THANKS, DISMISS, NOT INTERESTED etc. Mind you I am only at 31% of my 150 hours....So I am absolutely NOT interested in UPGRADE YOUR DVR!! Apparently, there is a Back door to HIDE this so you don't have to look at it. But only a LIVE person who Represents Xfinity can do it. Horrible. Shame on you Xfinity.
