But it ended up being three terrible hours of my life. The manager that was in charge that day started helping me with the transfer process, and in the middle of helping me, she went into a meeting and did not ask anybody to help me while she was in her meeting. I then asked a couple other employees to help me and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and they were confused. And they were trying to push me out of the store and send me on my way rather than fully helping me. I don’t understand why the team acted that way. They really frustrated me because this could’ve easily been a 30 minute process and I would’ve been done and ready to go, but it was three long hours instead.
