    I went to this Xfinity store yesterday to switch 4 lines from Verizon. While there, I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max and planned to give my iPhone 16 Pro Max to my wife only if she liked it. I specifically asked the staff if I could still trade in my 16 Pro Max after buying the 17 Pro Max, and they clearly told me yes, and that I had until December 2nd to do the trade-in. My fault I should have recorded their statement for proof. I came back the very next day to trade it in—exact same phone, perfect condition—and suddenly they told me they can’t do it. Their “solution” was to suggest I take it to a pawn shop and “maybe get $200 for it.” Completely unprofessional and insulting. When I bought this phone for 1200 😂😆 Now I’m stuck with an extra phone I don’t need, all because of misleading and incorrect information from their staff. Be careful—this store gives out promises they don’t honor. Absolutely disappointed.

    BEFORE YOU GO* Just know this store will discuss all the ways they can rip you off for a commission in the back, for 20 minutes, before coming back out to treat you like an absolute sucker. Go to the corporate store on candy, and save yourself the time

    I had to go back into the store four times to complete a single transaction, and each time each customer representative told me something totally different. After I had taken many steps to comply with their requirements, they rescinded the deal that they promised. The people who work here are nice enough, but overall the experience is horrible.

    Easy for new hardware not so easy for changing app email..I got sent to collections because I did all I could by relying on the two stores I attended to ask for help getting my bill. They access my bill with their credentials only for me to have to take a picture of their computer screen and still not get into my account myself. I've asked more then 3 times respectfully and they don't have a clue they just sent me out disappointed after telling them I still couldn't log in even though they changed my email information to log in. It's inconvenient for me yet they get access to everything I need to be able to see. Like I said. I.waa sent to collections because of these stores being useless and the customer service asked for a card I no longer possess so I can't get help over the phone because they only verify with a card used to pay. So unless you are a straight lined person with no mistakes you get nothing but dumb dumbs.

    I had a promotional rate for which I needed a mobile phone to add the mobile line so the promotion would apply. When I finally had a phone that worked for that, the manager of this store upgraded me to a 2G, TV and phone plan that I didn’t need or want. I didn’t notice until my bill came $70us higher than what I had signed up for originally through the app. Of course that rate doesn’t exist anymore. They deceive you into paying more. Very unfortunate.
