The manager Joseph said I don’t know how to read while laughing as I was reading the Xfinity company policies to him. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a human being in a “professional environment”. Never have I had a manager lie so many times about company policies while laughing about it. This is an embarrassing example of customer service and just trying to lie your way out of a mistake. There were so many points where he said things such as, “We don’t have a corporate office”, “We don’t have a printer”, “There is no payment processing system.” ??? Very confusing and untrue statements, on top of being harassed for two hours? This is a manager?? What a joke of professionalism. Two hours of my time and when I asked for an apology for how I was treated and made fun of the entire time, the manager called the cops rather than being professional. This is just sad disrespectful behavior to be conducting out of a corporate office.
