- JLJames Lewis2 days ago1.0I'm September I left Verizon because of very poor service and poor customer service. I Called and they told me 3 different stories first it was taxes from 2 months prior of me leaving the company then changed it to the month before then the taxes for porting over my devices. I ported over all 6 lines to a different carrier. 2 months later with no calling, no communication from that company they send me to collections saying that 3 lines ported over 1 day and the other 3 were ported over 3 days later which in turn is charging me appx. $70.00 but never notified me about this. I was not able to get into my account after I left the company. Very bad business practices. Poor customer service. Poor service. I tried to go into the store and talk to the manager she tried everything to help me but could not do anything about it after an hour of trying. So I feel this company does not know what they are doing and trying to scam customers that leave. As I was in the store talking to the manager another customer with the same problem was there going through everything i was going through so how many customers have they done this to just to make extra money from them. Bad business practices. When I left the company I made sure everything was paid off I had a zero balance. And took screen shots. I always paid my bill on time.
