Also they explained other services to me like their mobile phone services. The store was clean and organized as well. Definitely going back next time I have a concern! 😎
- MGMitch GensmanOct 24, 20251.0I had recently cancelled my Xfinity TV service on the phone and kept Xfinity WiFi. I was instructed by Xfinity to take my TV equipment(box, etc.) to this Xfinity store to be returned. I took my return equipment to this store and the manager would not give me a receipt for the equipment and demanded that I sign a new Wifi service offer and accept an Xfinity phone line. I refused to sign any new agreements, and just requested the receipt for the equipment but they would not provide it. I called xfinity corporate when I returned home, explained what had happened with the equipment at this store, and was able to get a prepaid shipping label printed to return the equipment directly to Xfinity. Not sure what kind of BS these guys were trying to pull but I would strongly recommend you visit a real corporate Xfinity (Bridgeport?) store rather than this 3rd party store. Don’t Go Here!

Not to mention on the phone yesterday the person told us we could come into the store for assistance. No assistance was given.
