I contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I got the runaround: long wait times, agents who were rude or clueless, and no one willing to actually fix the issue. I was even charged for services I didn’t use, and getting a refund has been a nightmare. They keep "escalating" my case, but nothing happens. It’s been weeks with zero resolution. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers — only about locking you into a contract. Avoid at all costs.

- SCst cAug 25, 20251.0Xfinity is a scamming company. This particular location is also very unprofessional. I've tried to change my plan 3 times to unlimited and it never changed. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and just charges you randomly and says there's no paper trail so it's not their fault. They said there is no way to look up chats or anything to prove it and they won't refund you for their mistake. I specifically asked only for unlimited data and they sent me a security camera charged me over 100 for it and said it was my fault. If you care about the quality of service as well as your hard work money, I would highly suggest you stay away from xfinity and their scamming practices
