I came to the store on 185th exactly 37 days ago they closed the fraudulent account and gave me credits today the lines are suspended with a balance of over 240$ I talked to the store manager for over an hour and a half and Damon troope kept going over some numbers that made no sense what so ever I have had it. This seems like a scam I use to get charged 3 bills a month now the credit I was given doesn’t add to what I owe and sadly after all that time nothing changed and my phones are not working will be reaching out to the district manager Nioraida Reyes hopefully she could help and looking for service with another provider I am still in the store waiting and really not happy at all
