    Really not impressed with the the phone scam charge you hundreds and hundreds of dollars not to mention the service. And the phone's only worth a $, and it isn't even worth 50 cents to upgrade, even though they're charging, you 300 to 600 dollars for the phone. So when you went upgraded, it's not even worth $5 of credit. But you still owe $296 on the phone that they charge you 699 for that. When you try to upgrade, they won't give you $5 of credit on the phone they sold me.It's not eligible for credit or an upgrade

    They had me waiting 30 minutes just to talk to a virtual assistant. I was canceling my service. I am happy I did. If you want xfinity. Make sure to read the fine print. They double charged me back in September, and said they couldn't refund me. Instead they credited me "bill points" for the next month so next month's bil was lower. On top of all of this. The modem/wifi router they give you is not customizable. You can only customize your wifi name and password. I proceeded to buy my own router and customize my area network. Doing so bottlenecked my connection. I called tech support, and got the run around for an hour. They sent me to 4 different phone/tech support people before they actually got me to someone that was knowledgeable enough to help me. All they said is yeah we bottleneck connections if you use your own router.. thats when I decided this company can stuff it. Im giving 3 stars because the workers at the store were nice. Just not helpful.

    Came in to pickup a router. I already know it was gonna be a problem because of the store the rep said I “had” to go to. Anyway, the wait was long. And when I seen the person I would be talking to I knew I wasn’t going to get what I needed in one go. The men was a true definition of a dusty unkept nails that looked and he was touching my id, coughing and had booty chips in his nails. After verifying my address and phone number 30 times he went on to ask so many crazy questions not necessary. It was very weird. I wouldn’t go back to this internet service if I had to return to any store. This man really grossed me out.

    This place is hopeless. At Bridgeport location you can swap out equipment immediately and here there is a 40 min wait. I cannot imagine why such a disparity in service. I told the greeting clerk my modem was not working and needed it replaced and am instead waiting to get a new modem from someone who based on my experience with Xfinity will not be able to fix the existing modem and will need to give me a new one.

    Do not get Xfinity if you care about your money. Other providers provide better service and customer service consistently even after you sign up for their service. Xfinity only cares about you when you are there to sign up for new service. Afterwards, they will fraudulently overcharge you and say that it is a valid charge. Try Ziply or Quantum for better internet consistency. They charge about the same or even have better rates. See Reddit and other reviews for proof I am not the only one with this issue
