They don't let the employees sit, they have their screens turned away from you, they tell you they "can't do anything" until you demand to see a manager or threaten to call corporate and then suddenly they are able to. Tried charging us for a mistake they made after confirming they initially resolved our issue. Even Verizon isn't this difficult, and that's saying a lot.
