- QCQuan CelestineNov 12, 20251.0So I came here to only get an extra cable box not to mention I’m a busy person and had other things to do as well the guy at the front desk told me to wait I waited there was one guy before me then they called him when they got done with him another woman walked in and they called her before me I got up and walked up to front desk and told the guy hey man I just need a box and it seems like you guys are skipping around me he said oh she had already checked in but left and came back and I’m writing this review if you leave you should loose your spot not leave then I come then you come back and they call you before me at this point seems like discrimination or race based because if I was a lil white girl would you have called me before the lil white girl that walked back in I’m not a racist I’m just saying this is my review update these people just skipped me a again with a lil white girl now I feel like these people are racist

After hours of waiting and busywork, I ultimately had to threaten an official FCC complaint…magically 5 minutes later staff were able to resolve their own issues. It should have never been necessary to take things that far, for just setting up a new phone with an existing number.
