I like Xfinity but going in the store on a Monday morning as a walk in is a big mistake. Over one hour wait time for us to get an associate . Once we got our associate it was great. She was friendly and entertaining. But most of all helpful and so was her supervisor. The manager of the store needs to have more helpful staff

The way your stomach will drop when you walk in to this place and realize there is a seating queue like a doctor's office... Helping your mom drop off equipment is instant, but if you want to make sure there aren't anymore channel subscriptions on the account after a lengthy, mostly automated, ambiguous phone call the week prior. It's not the employees fault. We left an hour later, having run out of time for a simple inquiry. So if I want the answer I'm back to square one.
If you want any reduction of service, over phone or in person, you will have to speak to someone. Employees were great though.

Came here to cancel my extremely overpriced Internet that drops out every other night and costs more every year and they put me in a corner on video call that didn't connect for over 10 minutes. I told them I don't want to do that and they said it was the only way to cancel even though my friend came in THE DAY BEFORE ME and was able to wait in line and talk to a real person. Super disrespectful and downright pathetic coming from JEREMY who seems proud to have been with this company for so long.
This company has no problem preying on stupidity and seem too used to jerking people around. If you are using their high speed internet, you are being ripped off. Getting on Hunter Fiber is easy. Leaving Xfinity is not.
Only giving them 3 stars because my guy Noah was super nice and neutral about the situation and gave me a heads up the my Xfinity cell service would go up because I wasn't going to have home Internet anymore. He helped unlock my phone and gave me all the info I need to make an easy switch to another carrier. Huge shout out to Noah! Absolute zodiac chiller.
Xfinity sucks though.

Had there Internet service for several years. Never worked well. Then when we cancelled they were unreasonably aggressive in keeping the business asking us where we were moving and who was moving in and could we give the contact info for the buyers. That's going too far. I couldn't even cancel online without giving them our new address so they could pitch us for service there, which I know they didn't offer, and after this, wouldn't use them anyway. Not a fan of very aggressive sales tactics, especially for a service like this.
UPDATE: They just charged me again after I cancelled my service. It's unacceptable for a company of this size to make these types of mistakes and eat up my time to correct them.
If you like poor, unstable, unreliable Internet, and you enjoy wasting lots of time in hold and speaking with poor overseas support to correct problems you didn't create, Comcast is for you. If not, find another ISP.
