  By far the worst ever I’ve been dealing with it for years because I thought that was my only option living in an apartment and then we move to a house and a technician is supposed to come and do stuff mind you they’re claiming the technician came to the door however he did not. My dogs would’ve went crazy and now they have rescheduled me for the eighth when I haven’t had services since 28th of December by far the worst service and they wanna just make your bill higher and higher every year like that that’s just insane. Go through your guys’s cell phone companies for Wi-Fi. Do not go through this and go through dish or something else to get your channels. Please save your guys yourself the headache, the hassle the trouble. Have a blessed day.

  About every few months my bill goes up with no explanation why. Their only answer is to downgrade my package to a price I’m okay with so then they can slowly increase that one every few months by a few dollars (is this even legal???)

  I called xfinity with an internet issue and my modem/router... in the process of taking care of that an agent sold us on a phone plan, way better deal than ATT was doing. The agent at the time offered us 2 $500 visa cards to help pay off att phones... cards never happened and we're getting $600 in bill credits over the next 2 years. The agent offered the VISA cards for a promo that ended 2 mos prior, we would have signed up without the lie is the thing, it was a good deal... Long story short good deal on phones and service but go into the store... don't buy with a phone agent overseas, they will lie to get the sale. The agent in the store was great and understanding of the situation and did his best to make it right.

  Normal weak customer service. I was sent home to call a phone number as representatives did not service their mobile phone services. A little odd. Calling in with a closed account to unlock a paid off phone took about 20 minutes and a few days post the call they did unlock an old phone.

  Would give zero stars if that was a choice. Terrible customer service. Let me count the ways. First: appointments can be made only via smart phone app (but appointments are worthless, end up waiting 2+ hours anyway). Second. Multiple visits were needed to correct staff errors in their mistake-riddled set up of home internet. Third. ANOTHER in-person visit was needed to TRY to correct Xfinity staff-created billing errors (and still not getting email notices from Xfinity of what they double+ billed, learned of Xfinity's billing errors from daily checking bank account activity). Will be making one final visit to cancel service - hopefully successfully - but "successfully"? not holding my breath so my bank has been instructed to DISHONOR further predation by Comcast/Xfinity as I happily switch to a more expensive but actually fiscally RESPONSIBLE and accountable LOCAL ISP.
