    Absolute scam of a company. If I could give zero stars I would. Impossible to cancel services. Abysmal customer service where they will quite literally lie to your face just to hit you with late fees. Can’t even call the store directly and only AI voice agents available at the 800 number. I ended up having to drive almost two hours to cancel services. Staff is incredibly unhelpful and most were surprisingly unfriendly. I work customer service myself so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I was pretty shocked at the complete lack of care or honesty.

    I got a message telling me that I could pick up a new SIM card because mine is defective and could cause my phone to go into SOS mode. ( It did.) At the store Charlene told me she couldn’t give me the SIM card because my husband wasn’t with me. She verified my phone number and looked at my ODL. I didn’t get the card. My new phone came today. I can’t port my information to my new phone because the old one is in SOS mode

    The only reason they get a 1 star is because there is ONE girl there that is helpful. We always have issues when we want to upgrade from mobile to internet. They charge us when we shouldn’t be and then when we want the refund we always have to go through our bank xfinity never does it right until we do. One recent issue is we bought smart watches and we were told we can return with in 30 days 3 weeks later we go and try to do the refund (my husband was recently diagnosed with a heart issue and it scared us) but when we realized we didn’t need the watches we went back the Corvallis store told us we needed to go back to Albany since that is where we purchased them. We did to be told we only had 2 weeks in store and 4 weeks in the mail return. After calling them by phone we were told they would send us a label didn’t happen and by the time it was over the 4 weeks. Guess what no one wanted to do the refund. We complained enough to get them to do in st the Corvallis store but remember they couldn’t do it before. But guess what a week later our watches were still sitting in the store not shipped out and no refund. They told us it would be shipped out the next day. It is 2 months later and they just took out over 300.00 they said because they didn’t have the watches! We had our bank do the refund and called xfinity and then they say they will a refund but it was only for the down payment! We tried to ask about the charges for the watches and lines and they said in 5-7 days it SHOULD be fixed! We should only be paying 65.00 we paid off our phones to get the watches through them in the first place. This place is so horrible and Albany says Corvallis is only about the sale not about helping people. How many more complaints does this store need before they hire a whole new crew or just close.

    salesperson added the protection plan to a phone purchase after I unambiguously declined. I said something like "I don't see how that plan would benefit me in any way" and his reply was "well if you add it, I get an extra ten bucks". I still said no, but guess what? It was added anyway. When I pointed it out (he probably was hoping I wouldn't notice it on the invoice) he blamed the computer for glitching. He rang it up a second time and showed me how he pressed the decline button on his tablet, and surprise surprise! It wasn't there the second time. So in addition to snitching on himself (stupidly) before he pulled that trick, he tried to gaslight me like some kind of idiot who couldn't put two and two together. Pathetic.
