But when I visited the store, Jesus completely turned things around. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He spent over 90 minutes on his phone, doing everything he could to find and fix the issue. Thanks to him, everything was finally resolved. Verizon is lucky to have someone like Jesus on their team — he truly cares and goes above and beyond for customers. Thank you again!

I came to connect my sister to my account as a second line with her existing paid off iphone Staff member kept insisting that in these cases person must either open a new account or use Apple Watch instead of the phone 🤦🏼♀️ It took literally 10 min on the phone with customer support to get a second line for my account Verizon 5/5 ⭐️ This branch specifically 0/5 ⭐️

No reaponce... theyvwere on a video chat indiscussion about shifts and locations. I stood there for about 30..49 seconds... blank look...not even an acknowledgement. I guess they didnt want my business. Walked into an AT&T store down the mall...was geeeyted. Looked at their offers...seriously thinking of switching. Or did i say...been Verizon for almost 20 years
