    Customer service gets an F. Still waiting months later for return calls for issues I raised. Cost gets a C. Monthly bill jumped in July by $4 for no reason I can find. The now $55 month fee is on par with other more reputable providers. Connectivity gets a B. First six months of service we dealt with near daily connectivity drops lasting about 10 minutes. That issue has mostly resolved but we still occasionally have issues. However, they don't have any help during major disruptions to let you know when to expect it back on.

    Charged after service cancelled - told charge would be removed. Charge never removed and so far, two follow up calls. Two weeks later still no refund.

    Read the fine print! If you have internet only and you cancel your service in the middle of your billing cycle, they will not prorate it. Also, there is a good chance you may be billed in the middle of the billing cycle, so you need to check your bill for when your billing cycle is! Then start a new service to start closer to the end of your billing cycle to avoid getting cheated.

    Worst service I have ever had. Always having internet issues. High price. Customer support line just hangs up and is not helpful. Don't get this internet.
