With that out of the way, this review is for Aaliyah and her amazing, above and beyond customer service. I won't bore with the awful details but I walked through the door hoping to solve a problem with my Verizon business Internet account that was months in the making 6 hour of wasted time on the phone and 100% Verizon's fault. Aaliyah was patient, persistent and finally magically solved the issue. Girl, you are amazing. Thanks for your help!
