A Lady and a gentleman worked as a team and knew exactly what to try. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, they replaced my SIM card for free and my phone was back in action. Solid experience.

When I came to them first time - they firstly took 180$ instead 142.5 (somehow). Then they told that they can't activate cards that they took money for. After that manager came, told that money would be returned. But now I should pay one more time and buy new 2 sim cards. So I paid one more time. At this time 240$. They activated me sim cards. One month passed. Money were not returned. I came one more time to the same shop. Manager was not at the place. Nobody wanted to help. Their staff was not able to call customer support. They did it after 30 mins tries. So as a result. I have 2 lines for 240+180 $ for activation.
