A Lady and a gentleman worked as a team and knew exactly what to try. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, they replaced my SIM card for free and my phone was back in action. Solid experience.

For some reason 3-4 weeks ago I could not text to Iphone users. Team in store spent those 6.5 hours online with Verizon technical support trying to get them to fix my issue. Technical support wanted us to believe my phone was damaged and Store team was trying to convince technical support that it was my physical number not the phone. Well finally Austin the store manage was able to get technical support to listen to him and try his idea. Guess what, it worked and texting now works again on my android phone to iphone users. If only technical support would have listened to the Store team the first time I went into the store. Could have saved us all many hours of lost time.
