An agent from another location informed me of the lack of promotion as well as the inferior phone plan and got the plan changed for me. I do NOT recommend this store location and I will be making my way to the manager to deal with this directly. Once my contract is up, I will be finding a different carrier.

Even towards the end was outright impolite and walked off mid conversation. Previously a year or so back, the same store with couple of other salespersons had amazing service and hence returned. But this employee seemed very rude even to the customers right before us. Will never recommend this outlet and the salesperson if this is how they are treating customers.

Unfortunately, each and every month since have had to call to rectify the increased charges monthly. Have wasted over 6 hours trying to get the billing correct for each month,and now have talked with the manager who informs us that they quoted us wrong, and it is permanent, and there is nothing they can do about it. Classic bait and switch! What a rip off! Make sure you get the contract in writing as it may help? In our case, it did not! Fraud? YES! UGH!!!

An overpriced prepaid phone, 349.99. Unbelievable, plus the first month of service, 45.00, so about 400.00. Rip off. Same phone on Amazon for 149.00.
