  Very hard to deal with sales rep. He told me I needed to take my return to Eugene. Had to ask for a manager to finish my transaction.

  Kennedy has beautiful chest hair and after meeting his stallion, I decided to join Xfinity Mobile. What a fantastic experience this was. The best part? He offered a good ol' tug in the back parking lot after the sale! Wow! Will definitely visit again.

  My SIM card stopped working at work, I drove to the Xfinity store from Lebanon and was told I didnt have the right account number. So I drove all the way home in Lebanon to use my WiFi to get ahold of the account holder for the account number. I then proceeded to drive back to Albany with the account number and was told that I needed the account holder to be there in person for major changes. First of all, I wasnt trying to change anything, just trying to figure out why my SIM card stopped working. Second of all, why wasnt I told that I needed the account holder there in person the first time I stopped in? They are very unprofessional and it seems like they really have no idea what they are doing. Long story short, I got no help and wasted a 1/4 tank of gas driving back and forth for no help at all. I recommend traveling to a different store if you need to do anything in person.

  Not happy with my experience with Albany Xfinity. They tried to tell me I had to add a phone to my plan to solve an issue I was having with my internet. I had a gut feeling that something was not right with what they were saying, so I drove over to the Corvallis Xfinity to get a second opinion. They confirmed my intuitions were correct and that they were trying to scam me into opting into additional services I didn’t need. The Albany store made me consider leaving Xfinity altogether with such questionable service, but the Corvallis store redeemed my experience with Xfinity. If you’re considering Xfinity, make the drive to Corvallis. The Albany store was a waste of my time and I will never go back again.

  I returned my xfinity equipment to Albany the day I cancelled my services. There didn’t seem to be an issue with that, but I did notice she didn’t scan or check the equipment number upon return. I figured maybe she didn’t need to or would do it later. Fast forward over a month and a half and over 5 phone calls later, my service wasn’t cancelled even though I called multiple times and even though I told them each time that I had already returned the equipment, I am still receiving texts and emails about needing to return it. Now, they’ve finally cancelled my account after charging me $114 for the next month’s service that I did not received (even though I was assured that they’d stop my autopay on their end and I could ignore the bill), but I haven’t received my refund because they said I didn’t turn my equipment in. Good thing I didn’t trust xfinity and added additional funds in my checking account or I’d overdraft. It’s been a nightmare trying to cancel my services. I keep getting told they’ll escalate it each time I call, but the ball gets dropped every time. I had to call again for the second time today and I was told they’ll remove the equipment from my account. I should receive a confirmation email in 72 hours. We’ll see about that. They make it super easy to sign up for services but hell to cancel.
