The goal here is to get you to buy new every couple of years need it or not. I have a phone I've taken care of still working great and 2years later and I don't see any need for insurance you don't get the same type of phone and it's usually a phone of less value. The plans need to improve as do a lot of the equipment they sell . This is a company store so it should be completely stocked it is not the staffing is the best part of this store
