My phones sim card wasnt working, and instead of stuffing a new device down my neck they jist fixed it. The manager stepped in to help because it was having issues. Left with a working device. And the manager lady was very nice to me and my 4 year old. She even provided entertainment for him in the form of a rolling office chair. It was perfect
