- WHW HJun 19, 20231.0The reception in the summer is terrible. 5G is usually not available. While walking in Huron, the only connection was in Canada. I got the "Verizon Msg: Welcome to Canada....". It is amazing that they can find local tower. The support is terrible. They transfer you multiple times and keep asking for phone number, email.... They always suggest restarting the phone that does nothing. They don't try to fix the problem they keep stalling and bouncing you around. I would not trust them if I had to make an urgent call since you don't know if it will be available. I would strongly suggest another carrier.
