- WWWhyudeadOct 9, 20255.0Feel like there is a miscommunication on what the store is for. It is primarily a sales location like any other store. And just like alot of company's today customer service has been moved to online or over the phone. Its not perfect but it is what it is. If the expectation was walking to be assisted with sales the extreme will be much better. If the expectation is to have billing help or fixing I feel this is the wrong place to go. Im not going to ask someone who is an expert in selling how to fix or lower my bill.

Guy hands me my phone because I wasn’t paying 30 bucks for Verizon to transfer and set up. I broke the seal on my phone box, which mind you is 50 restock fee. They gave me the wrong phone I hit the smaller version tge iPhone pro 14. Literally had a discussion about how the bigger screen and stuff was better for my business. Thanks Verizon, retrain your staffing. I don’t want an Apple Watch I want correct service.
