And just like alot of company's today customer service has been moved to online or over the phone. Its not perfect but it is what it is. If the expectation was walking to be assisted with sales the extreme will be much better. If the expectation is to have billing help or fixing I feel this is the wrong place to go. Im not going to ask someone who is an expert in selling how to fix or lower my bill.
