After this, I'm taking our phones and Internet to T-Mobile. I'm so done with this company. Empty promises, no one knows anything about anything, my kids all have Verizon as well along with my husband's business phones for his staff. Not anymore. Little blonde boy made that decision for me tonight!!

The sales person goes "back", disappears for 15 min, comes back with " an offer". I reject, ask to bring the new phone, he goes back again, comes back with another something, but not the phone. Never asked me what I was looking for, kept pushing “ the second line”, “ free phone”, and all that sales jazz, with my bill obviously going up, not down. Horrible experience, reminded me of buying a car with all that “ manager in the back” business. I would have ordered my phone online, but my old phone was broken, so I could not sign into my account. It's obviously established sales practices and nasty ones at that. Save your time and buy online if you can!
