    Had a great experience here. Was on phone with customer support for 3+ hours and decided to stop in this verizon store. They had my wife's phone and mine activated in under 15 minutes. Thank you!!!

    I've experienced continuous issues with Verizon's services over the past three months. I've had to visit the store five times to correct billing errors. Each adjustment seems to create more confusion, and when I ask for explanations, they credit the additional charges to my Verizon account, which can only be used in the next billing cycle. During my first cycle, $200 was incorrectly deducted from my bank account and only credited back to my Verizon account after multiple store visits. This caused financial strain as I had other EMIs to pay. Moreover, I've been given incorrect information during inquiries, only to be told later that it was a mistake. Their home internet service is also subpar. Since switching to their network, my mobile number has been inundated with wrong calls. When I asked for a solution, I was advised to subscribe to an additional service at an extra cost to block unknown calls. Overall, I can't recommend Verizon and suggest others consider different networks.

    Andrew that waited on my husband and I completely mislead us and now we have 350 dollar bill. We only need 2 lines that we have had for almost 12 years. We now have 4 lines that we had to pay activation on among other fees that add up to over $350. We should have just been given the upgrades that we have been eligible for. It would have been cheaper to have gotten phones and just switched out the phones we already had. I feel that he was just trying to get some kind of commission. Watch this place because they aren’t very transparent on what’s going to happen. I would not have agreed to having to pay $350 in addition to the $143 I paid that day. I feel like we got scammed
