    Went into the store and was told even though my broken phone has Verizon protection (which is a $99 deductible) the phone repair would cost me around $250. I then called Verizon customer service and they told me that was completely wrong and that it would be the $99. It’s just very annoying to have time get wasted and be told the wrong information. If you don’t know the correct answer ask someone who does know it.

    I received excellent service, it was incredible. I left with my phone activated in less than 10 to 15 minutes. It was amazing, I highly recommend this guy. He's very good at what he does. Congratulations. Amarion

    Verizon on Stringtown is amazing. When I went in to add a new phone line to my pre-existing plan which already had 4 lines on it, the associate that helped me was great. She had to get us a new sim card, because the sim card that came with the phone didn't work or was invalid or something. Then while setting up the new line, she reviewed my phone plan and offered me a different plan that was cheaper and had all the same options we had on our plan at that time! It was so thoughtful, and nice. We did have a hiccup, when adding the new phone line, then changing over the phone plan I needed to provide my security code. The code I thought it was apparently wasn't. I tried a few other codes and nothing worked. We had to go through the process of resetting my security code and which had a hiccup, but we got there. When we left the store all 5 phones seemed to be working fine. She told me that all the phones needed to be turned off then back on. BUT THEN, after restarting the phones, leaving the store at closing time, and heading home we had problems. The new phone line and my (the main line) phone line worked. However the other three lines had all been transferred to 1 of the 3 phones. Meaning my dad's phone number and my daughters number all was connected to my son's phone along with his. We called the Verizon "411" and spoke with 2 different people for 2.5 hours. They tried to fix the lines, but when doing so it voided my dad's and daughters sim cards, so no matter what at that moment we had no choice but to wait until the next day for the store to open. (And yes, they tried to do a e-sim for my daughters phone but it wouldn't work.) Anyway, the next day we went back to the store, the associate who helped me wasn't there, but her manager who helped with correcting my security code was. He was amazing, after explaining everything to him he had us fixed and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Would have been faster but I had some non-related questions. And I'm not posting this book of a review to say anything bad about Verizon. I gave them 5 stars. Yes we had am issue and it cause 2 people to be without their phones for all of 12 hours, and did affect my daughters work. But, I'm very pleased with the young lady who helped me originally she got the new line added and helped me with the new plan that benefits me. I was also very pleased with her manager the next day, he listened to the issue, and confirmed everything we did the day before, then he fixed the phones, and made sure to confirm all 5 lines before we left. I wish I could remember their names, regardless I'd recommend the Stringtown location to anyone who asks!!!

    Helped get my phone working again appreciate the team. Didn't care for the fact they don't carry any iPhone 14 products the phone isn't even old and not even one can afford to buy the new and latest the day it come out
