- PHParker HallNov 21, 20252.0Went into the store and was told even though my broken phone has Verizon protection (which is a $99 deductible) the phone repair would cost me around $250. I then called Verizon customer service and they told me that was completely wrong and that it would be the $99. It’s just very annoying to have time get wasted and be told the wrong information. If you don’t know the correct answer ask someone who does know it.

I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.
