Can't fax them, made an appt which means leaving work early and no option to explain why I need to be there. Did see on internet I can hard boot but it is only 6 days old And I shouldn't have to do that. And I won't, not on a 6 day old device. We shall see. The appt is because of the new apple phone and how busy they are. Either fix it or give me a new one. Period. We shall see. They usually are very helpful.

There was a significant wait for an associate, so unfortunately I didn't get any face to face but I know that Verizon is the gold standard. Unfortunately you can't hold any of the phones due to security purposes. 😕 I still recommend this store for your next pruchase!
