I did..a week later..Gabrielle was out so spoke to staff and then manager I believe his name was deacon? Said there would be a activation fee...I said no. I was told no fees Back and forth several times. Then he asked if we had discount..yes. husband is a veteran...then he said. Oh yes all fees are waived Why not ask that first? Then after transfer data..they activated the wrong line Did not know till I got home Had to spend 30 mins on phone to get everything straightened out Been a verizon customer for 19 years and never had so many problems!!
