Obviously, the service personnel are busy with other people. However, customers should be greeted and informed that they will be taken care of Instead of just standing there for long periods of time not knowing what to do. The store may be great, but I will never know. I am not going to continue to stand there waiting to be acknowledged. Just say hello, we’ll be a moment but we’ll be with you. How hard is that?
