The employees at 2911 N Ridge Rd E, Ashtabula, OH 44004 Verizon store do not give a flying F about how they treat customers and would rather give give you a phone number then try to do there job. If it wasn't for the assistance at another location I would of lost out on a deal for a new phone entirely. At the other location I heard so many bad things about this store it was said.
