- APAndrej PajovicDec 11, 20231.0I recently added Fios Internet Services to my existing mobile service with Verizon, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by both Verizon and the salesperson, Jon. Upon signing up for Fios, I was assured by Jon that my monthly bill would be $25. However, to my surprise, the bill I received amounted to $50. When I contacted customer representatives to address this discrepancy, I was informed that I needed to enroll in the Home + Mobile Discount. Jon had assured me during the sign-up process that I could visit the store, and he would gladly assist me in enrolling in the Home + Mobile discount. Unfortunately, when I visited the store, Jon informed me that he was unable to help, directing me to call customer service instead. I spent over six hours on the phone with customer support, dealing with an unhelpful virtual assistant and being transferred between representatives, all in an attempt to resolve the issue with the promised discount. Unfortunately, the lack of assistance and professionalism I encountered only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction. At this point, I find it more reasonable to cancel the service altogether. I recommend caution with dealing with this store and Jon in particular. Whether intentional or not the misinformation has created an unsatisfactory customer experience.
